IKR020 Compact cold cathode gauge
The IKR 020 gauge head is used together with BALZERS vacuum gauge control units to measure total pressure in the 5 x 10-3 to approx 10-10 mbar range. The lower limit of the range is determined both by the sealing material (for gauge head and vacuum connection) and control unit used.
